My Personal (Documented) Experience Using Frank's Remedies

My Personal (Documented) Experience Using Frank's Remedies

For years, my skin was a constant source of frustration—breakouts, irritation, and an endless search for products that worked.

Concerns: PCOS, Hormonal Acne, Recurring breakouts

This year, I decided enough was enough—I made a promise to finally understand my skin and give it what it truly needed. I’ve used Frank’s Remedies for 28 days, morning and night, to see if I could achieve the same results as so many people who have tried Frank’s Remedies and transformed their skin. Here’s how it all went down…

Days 1-7:

I couldn’t wait to dive into the whole routine from Frank’s Remedies. I’d tried their Miracle Waters Face Wash and Antioxidant Face Gel before, and they had done wonders to calm my skin. But now, I was fully committed. My routine includes:

I used a cleansing balm from another brand, Miracle Waters Face Wash, Antibacterial Face Spritz, Sun Drops Serum, and Clearing Face Cream. It was like giving my skin a total reset. I double-cleansed every evening (a must if you wear makeup like me) and held off on the face mask for the first week to give my skin time to adjust to the new products I was already incorporating.

In the first few days, I did experience some breakouts. I was a little nervous, but I’ve been through enough purging phases to know it’s a good sign. It means the products are working, encouraging skin cell turnover. My skin started settling down by day six, so I finally added the Detox Face Mask. It’s a waterless formula, which means it stays fresher for longer. Mixing it up felt like a little ritual, and it was satisfying knowing I wasn’t putting any unnecessary chemicals on my skin. I started using it once a week, but Frank recommended I build up to 2 to 3 times, so that was the plan.

Days 7-14:

Two weeks in, and I was already seeing significant changes. My skin felt calmer—no more painful, inflamed spots. The redness was still there but way less intense, and for once, my biggest issue was just some lingering scarring. It’s honestly been years since my skin felt this balanced. One night, I woke up with a stubborn cluster of spots along my jawline (thanks, hormones), and I decided to try using the antioxidant gel as a spot treatment. By the following day, those angry spots had shrunk dramatically!

I’ve tried so many aggressive products in the past—acids, retinol, you name it—but none of them delivered results like this without leaving my skin feeling stripped and irritated. Frank’s Remedies showed me that natural ingredients can be powerful, too. Even with daily use, my skin never felt overly sensitive, which motivated me to stay consistent with my routine.

I also upped my face mask game that week, using it about three times. The mask not only soothed my skin but became a part of my self-care routine—a little moment in my evening when I could just unwind and let the ingredients do their magic. Plus, it helped with the scarring on my neck, which has been a struggle for me for years.

Days 14-21:

Week three was tough. My hormonal acne is always the worst this time of the month, and like clockwork, my jawline and neck flared up again. It’s a cycle I know all too well, but this time, the breakouts were nowhere near as bad as usual. I stuck to Frank’s advice to the letter—letting the Miracle Face Wash sit for a minute or two so the peppermint and tea tree could deeply cleanse my skin. It’s such a simple tweak, but it made a big difference.

I also tried the mask in a new way this week—Frank’s "SOS Skin Cleanse" method. It’s a more concentrated version of the mask, and wow, did it deliver? Since my skin tends to be oily, the mask helped balance things out, and I noticed my face felt smoother and less congested after each use.

For someone who used to avoid any extra “glow” because my skin was already oily, I was amazed to see how balanced and dewy my skin looked afterwards. The Sun Drops Serum has been a total game-changer in that department, giving me that natural radiance without feeling heavy or greasy.

Another thing I focused on this week was hydration. I started drinking way more water and cut out fizzy drinks and alcohol. I’m pretty sure that made a difference, too, and it felt good to know I was supporting my skin from the inside out

Days 21-28:

By the last week, the progress was undeniable. Frank’s Remedies wasn’t just helping with breakouts—it was guiding my skin through its natural healing stages. My active breakouts had mostly faded, and the painful, angry clusters I’d battled for so long were no longer there. My skin was finally calm, with no more sore bumps, and even my friends and family started to notice how much clearer it looked.

But there’s still work to be done. Now, I’m focusing on the scarring that’s been left behind, especially the redness from post-inflammatory erythema - rather than darker hyperpigmentation scars, the scarring is quite red. It’s going to take time, and I’m okay with that because I’m seeing real progress. Acne can take up to six months to fully resolve, and I’m just relieved to have found a natural solution that doesn’t involve harsh chemicals or birth control.

Frank’s Remedies have been speeding up my skin’s healing and cell renewal, and I’m excited to keep going with this routine. After just one month, I can see the skin I’ve always dreamed of starting to become a reality—something I never thought possible before. Frank’s Remedies has been the real game-changer for me, and I can't wait to see how much more progress I can make in the coming months.
