UK standard delivery is 3-5 business days.

Orders are usually dispatched same working day if ordered before 12pm.

If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days of use, you can return your product to us for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping).

Contact us by email on orders@franksremedies.com to inform us of your request and we will supply the return goods authorisation and location. Your refund should be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Our 30 day money-back guarantee doesn't affect the legal right to cancel.

CANCELLATION RIGHT / RETURNS POLICY

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send a notice of cancellation in writing via email and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Due to the nature of the product, and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases of products after they have been opened/used.
