HOW TO USE
Dry Cleanse Method (best results):
Dispense 5-6 pumps into hand & massage onto dry skin in circular motions for at least 30 seconds.
Once face is completely covered, add a small amount of water to emulsify, then massage again.
Rinse well with lukewarm water or a warm, damp wash-cloth for best results.
FOR ENHANCED SUPPORT:

Is this good for sensitive or reactive skin in a hard water area?
Yes. It's built for exactly that combination. There are no harsh surfactants, no acids and no added fragrance — the scent comes from the natural plant actives. Instead of stripping, it cleanses by lowering surface tension, then Bisabolol and German Chamomile calm the skin as it works. If your skin is very reactive, patch test on the inner arm for 24 hours first.
What is dry cleansing, and why does it work better in hard water areas?
Dry cleansing means massaging the cleanser onto dry skin before adding any water. The oils and emollients grab onto SPF, light makeup, excess oil and daily buildup while your skin is still dry. After 30-60 seconds you add a little water to emulsify it into a milk, then rinse or cloth off.
It matters in hard water because you're breaking down the buildup before hard water ever touches your face. It also means less over-rinsing, so you avoid that tight, stripped feeling.
What is hard water, and why does it matter for skin?
Hard water carries higher levels of dissolved minerals — mainly calcium and magnesium. Those minerals react with cleansers to leave a fine residue on skin that ordinary rinsing doesn't fully remove. Over time that shows up as dullness, rough texture, tightness and congestion.
How should I wash my face if I live in a hard water area?
